What I can and cannot draw:

Yes!
No.
  • fanart
  • gore (mild)
  • (non)humans
  • nudity
  • original characters
  • shipping (Canon, OCs, Mirror, and Self-shipping OK!)
  • suggestive
  • hate/political/controversial subjects
  • genderbends
  • NSFW (no explicit genitalia, fetish, kink)
  • real people or animals
  • style imitation (of other artists), realism
  • * Please note!

    • Any original character that is not owned by the client will require the creator's permission.
    • I do not draw problematic age or family relationship dynamics. With shipping and suggestive works, this includes but is not limited to: an adult in a romantic/sexual context with a minor (even if they are aged up to be adults), and incest of any kind (e.g., blood, step, adoptive).
    • Media/Fandoms I do not draw for: DSMP, Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, and Youtubers.
    • Gore: Wounds, scars, and blood are acceptable. I am unlikely to draw exposed guts and viscera.
      * If it is for a robot/machine or something adjacent to that, I am typically okay with any amount of "gore."

    Terms & Conditions

November 21, 2025 Subject to change without notice.

The following terms and conditions apply to the art service ("commissions") provided by the artist AUEUA to the purchasing client. By purchasing a commission from AUEUA, the client has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions described herein. It is not necessary for a document to be signed by the client for these terms to apply.

Clients that have commissioned and/or received copyrighted artwork before these terms of service (TOS) have gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

    1. General
    2. Payment
    3. Process
    4. Revisions
    5. Copyright & Usage Policy
    6. Cancel & Refund Policy

    [1.] General Terms:
    • AUEUA reserves the right to decline a commission under any circumstances without disclosing why.
    • Prices are subject to change. The client will not be reimbursed nor billed a difference after the time of purchase.
    • Turnaround time is within 3 months and the client will be notified of any delays. An additional rush fee is required to complete it by a deadline, but the client must make the expedite request before the invoice is issued.
    • Commissions provided by the artist are "Digital Artworks", and the client is purchasing a copyrighted artwork. The client will receive a digital file via email, understands that nothing will be shipped to them, and that the commission is not a physical product.
    • The client is responsible for providing accurate references or descriptions, being clear in their order, and to communicate with the artist ahead of time of any specifics.
    [2.] Payment:
    • A PayPal invoice will be issued via email where partial payment and tips are allowed before the commission is worked on. At least 50% of the payment is required upfront, and the remainder is due after the sketch has been confirmed and approved. The client can pay upfront in full.
    • The upfront payment is due within 10 days of invoice. Only an extension of up to 15 days can be requested for the upfront payment, and the commission will be cancelled upon failure to pay.
    • Payment is done in US Dollars ($) only. The client is responsible for any conversion cost.
    • If both parties have agreed prior to the issuance of an invoice, payment can be done through installments.
    [3.] Process:
    • After the upfront payment is complete, the client is first sent at least one sketch of their order. Upon approval and full payment of the invoice, AUEUA will begin to complete the client's commission.
    • Clients may request a Work in Progress ("WIP"). The artist may also give these frequently if they have any questions about the commission. A WIP is provided by default at the sketch, coloring, and finalization stages. Major changes will not be made without an additional fee after the final colors are approved.
    • Upon completion, the artist will confirm with the client that no further changes need to be made. The final copyrighted artwork will be sent via email to the client after agreement. Furthermore, only three minor changes will be allowed to be made without fee past this point.
    • The artist will NOT redraw an entire commission.
    [4.] Revisions:
    • Minor adjustments (color tweaks, markings, filters, etc.) may be requested without fee during the process until it is in the finalization (polishing, post-processing) stage of rendering.
    • Major adjustments include but are not limited to: adding or removing characters, prop elements, and heavily changing poses. Majorly changing the composition of a piece past the sketch may not be possible or will require an additional fee.
    [6.] Cancel & Refund Policy:
    • The artist reserves the right to terminate the commission at any time. Should the artist terminate, the amount that the invoice has been paid will be reimbursed in full, and no files will be sent to the client.
    • If the artist has not started the commission after receiving payment, the client can terminate the transaction and receive a full refund.
    • Should the client choose to terminate after agreeing upon the arrangement of the commission and before completion of the commission, the invoice cannot be refunded.
    • The client understands that they are paying for the service and non-refundable time of the artist. A completed commission cannot be refunded.
    • If a client fails to respond within thirty (30) days to correspondence from the artist and communication breaks down, the artist will issue a warning email. This warning email has a following period of thirty (30) days for the client to reply and for communication to resume. In this event, all payment will be retained by the artist, and the commission will be cancelled upon continued failure to reply.
    • If the client wishes to continue a cancelled commission at a later date, they are required to request and complete a new commission form for a new quotation.
    • If a chargeback is filed against the artist, the client's rights to anything the artist has made for them are retracted. The artist has the right to retain the money given by the client, to sell the copyrighted work to new buyers, and to file a complaint. The client will be blacklisted.
